CNARCT - Convert an Angle in Degrees to an Hour Angle
Description: Converts degrees to hours using \(15^\circ\) per hour of time.
Inputs:
| Arc | The arc angle in degrees and minutes to convert |
Outputs:
| Time | The hour angle corresponding to the arc angle |
Sample execution:
Arc? 17,57.8 Time: 1h 11m 51s
